The Corner

A Few Quick Comments

1) I’m only watching casually and in parts, but the president seems to be in fine form at his press conference just ending now.

2) It won’t matter because of some falling camera flub in the press section. The media camera will be the more important story.

3) If I hear one person complain about him mentioning “holiday parties” (instead of “Christmas”), I will unleash the Heinlein-thread fury I’ve been suppressing.

4) The Abramoff picture stuff is so ridiculous. Of course he has a ridiculous number of pictures taken all the time. That members of the press–who bring relatives to the White House for pictures with the president as a matter of form–would make such a ridiculous deal out of it is nonsense.
