Fiorina: ‘All Issues Are Women’s Issues’

Carly Fiorina once again took to pushing back against the claims of a conservative “war on women.” Echoing her comments from her sitdown with National Review earlier in the CPAC conference, the former Hewlett-Packard CEO said she was “sick and tired” of the false narrative.

“All issues are women’s issues,” she told the crowd. “We respect all women, and we do not insult them by thinking all they care about is reproductive rights.”

Fiorina proudly stated her pro-life stance, and rejected the notion that the position is incompatible with women’s right.

The 2010 Republican California Senate candidate also ran down a litany of other issues where misguided Democratic principles are hurting the very people they say they are looking to help. She pointed to contemporary examples such as New York City mayor Bill de Blasio’s opposition to charter schools harming minority students or environmentalist policies in California worsening the state’s drought.

“In truth it is liberals who are willing to sacrifice other people’s lives and livelihoods at the altar of ideology,” she said.
