Fiorina Won’t Concede

California Republican Senate candidate Carly Fiorina won’t concede to Sen. Barbara Boxer (D.), though a number of media outlets have called the race for the Democratic incumbent, a move Fiorina says was “probably not a good thing to do.”

“We are in a dead-heat tie, it is still too close to call,” Fiorina said.
