Footnote to the Anti-War Protests

I was at the protests Saturday, and there were times I thought there was going to be a riot.  That, at any rate, is what the protest organizers hoped.  I think it was Paul Johnson who once said that leftists abhor violence unless it’s their friends that are committing it.
