The questions were tough, and if the point of the debate was to disprove a liberal caricature of Fox then mission accomplished. But I don’t think it’s enough that the questions be tough. They should also be good, and not enough of tonight’s were. (I thought Byron’s were the best, and I’ve already noted whose were worst.)
