Yesterday, Miami mayor Francis Suarez announced that he is running. For the Republican presidential nomination, that is. The clarification is necessary because he is also a fan of running, the activity. His campaign-launch ad seems to be aimed at runners such as myself — though we might point out that he takes a few too many stops on the jaunt this ad depicts:

I enjoyed seeing my pastime catered to in this fashion. I hope that Suarez keeps running for pleasure when he is no longer running for this office.
