Free Kennewick Man

I’ve followed the Kennewick Man case from the start and have written about it extensively in NRODT and elsewhere. Today, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals delivered a decisive opinion in favor of the plaintiffs. That’s wonderful news–a big, meaningful victory for science over political correctness.
