The Funeral Crasher…

…otherwise known as Catherine Baker Knoll, the lieutenant governor of Pennsylvania, has now apologized for her disgusting intrusion at the interment of a heroic American Marine, where she spoke against the war in which he served honorably and whose cause he and his family support. In an earlier item, I said I she “surely” would become a hero on the Left, which occasioned a lot of angry e-mail about what “evidence” I had of this. I responded that the use of the word “surely” indicated I was speculating, and indeed, there is no evidence on Daily Kos or Democratic Underground that she has been lionized. Which is a good thing.
