I’m really sad to him go. Personally, I found him immensely likable. He was a great governor, did a good job as head of the NRSC back in 2004, and was a solid senator (if a bored one). I’m as shocked as anyone that he lost (if there’s really a Lowry/NR cover curse, this is the best of all examples–we meant to hurt Howard Dean). It will be a shame if all he’s remembered for is this last campaign.
