Goldberg: Obama’s Lack of Leadership Gives Him Few Choices in Syria

There isn’t much that President Obama can do about intervening in Syria, Jonah Goldberg said Friday night.

Appearing on Special Report, Goldberg said that Obama’s own inactivity has left him with few courses of action to take in the Middle East nation.

“[A]t this point, there isn’t a lot that he can do. I think that, through passivity and lack of leadership, the situation in Syria’s gotten to the point where he’s now blessed with a very limited number of options, whereas before—if he actually showed some leadership on this—things might’ve been different,” Goldberg said.
