Fred Barnes writes that it is “highly unlikely” that Bush will nominate Alberto Gonzales to replace Sandra Day O’Connor on the Supreme Court, and is not “expected” to nominate him to fill a second vacancy should one arise. “The president, of course, chould change his mind and pick Gonzales. But a better bet now is that he will choose a woman. . .”
