In response to my link to an AP story (also in today’s WTimes) on how Mexico brutalizes its own Central American illegals, a reader writes:
Did you notice that the AP reporter claims that while migrants in Mexico suffer robbery, rape, imprisonment, and death at the hands of authorities – “there is little public sentiment against the undocumented as there is in the U.S.”
What would happen if public sentiment did turn against those people? Burn them at the stake?
