Republican senators Chuck Grassley (Iowa), Jeff Sessions (Ala.) and Pat Roberts (Kan.) don’t seem optimistic about comprehensive immigration reform. In a letter to their Republican colleagues in the Senate’s Gang of Eight, they expressed concern about entitlement costs incurred by the legalization of immigrants in the yet-to-be-released bill.
