Gore On Ice

You may have seen the story on Drudge or elsewhere. But as I have a personal connection, I thought I’d call your attention the 5-ton ice sculpture of Al Gore in Fairbanks, Alaska — where they’re been experiencing record cold. The recent cold snap saw 16 straight days where the weather never rose above -20 and was -40 or colder for 14 of those days.

Anyway, one of the organizers of this whole thing is my brother-in-law Rudy Gavora. The sculpture below sits outside his store. The whole thing is being done for charity. You can read all about Frozen Gore here.
