Government Asks 11th Circuit for Expedited Review of Obamacare

The Obama administration is asking the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals for an accelerated briefing schedule in their appeal of Judge Vinson’s ruling that the Affordable Care Act is unconstitutional. If accepted, the case could be heard as soon as June or July, meaning that a Supreme Court hearing is possible this year.
