More on Grove City College, from an e-mailer

I saw your post on The Corner regarding GCC – I am an alum (and former student of the mighty Dr. Kengor) and while the gorgeous campus was a definite draw to an Arizona native like myself, that’s not the best part of the school.  Grove City is one of 2 schools in the country that doesn’t accept federal funding and believed in this freedom enough to take their case all the way to the Supreme Court.  We need more institutions of higher learning like the ol’ GCC.

The other is Hillsdale.

UPDATE: Apparently it’s more than two. E-mailbag #1:

FYI, my alma mater, Pensacola Christian College, doesn’t accept federal funds either, so along with GCC and Hillsdale, that makes three.

E-mailbag #2:

Christendom College is another college that does not accept federal funds even through its students.
