The National Association for Gun Rights has launched a campaign targeting West Virginia senator Joe Manchin for his support of President Obama’s gun-control efforts. Part of its multi-media campaign includes a television ad where Manchin morphs into the president after it highlights their similarities; the ad concludes with the group urging West Virginians to call Manchin’s office.
Manchin fired back at the ad with his own video, calling the NAGR’s assertions “a bunch of crap” and that he “sure as hell [is] not going to let them take your guns.”
