SPOKANE — A West Plains resident was arrested late Wednesday afternoon after it was discovered he had a golf ball-sized improvised explosive device in his pants.
Lloyd Gable, 51, was booked into the Spokane County Jail on a single felony count of Unlawful Possession of an Explosive Device.
