The Health-Care Bill

The rush to put it on the floor as soon as they got the votes is violating everything Republicans said about the importance of a careful, deliberative process during the Obamacare debate, but all signs are that the leadership is going to get it over the hump this time. Just getting it out of the House is an achievement for Speaker Ryan. Now, the focus will shift to the Senate, which will have to stop gawking at all the difficulties the House had passing something and start grappling with all the difficulties of its own.
