An executive with one of the companies contracted by the Obama administration to help create Healthcare.gov revealed that he personally experienced problems using the website.
Andrew Slavitt, vice president of Optum/QSSI, told the House Energy and Commerce Committee that he attempted to createan account, but that it didn’t properly function because he never got a confirmation e-mail.
