Health and Human Services secretary Kathleen Sebelius was confronted with a non-working Healthcare.gov website after Representative Marsha Blackburn (R., Tenn.) pulled it up during the House Energy and Commerce Committee hearing. Blackburn delivered a blistering line of questioning that eventually prompted the flustered secretary to say, “Hold me accountable for the debacle.”
Sebelius also stated that President Obama did not break his promise that Americans could keep their health-care plans if they wanted to, and said the insurance companies were canceling the plans of their own volition.
