I was talking to a senator this morning who’s not a fan of the Vitter amendment, but who thinks it’s now become inevitable.
My own view on the CR fight has shifted some — while there is no plausible scenario in which President Obama signs a law defunding Obamacare, I do think it’s possible Republicans could get something out of this fight, if they play their cards shrewdly.
