Mr. Derbyshire thinks it’d be cool to work Riemann’s name into the NRO
motto. Having read his book, I think it’d be better to add another term
from it: “The Critical Line.” You know, “This is NRO, The Critical Line.”
Get J.E. Jones to use his Darth Vader voice a-la CNN. The problem is, that
the zeros of zeta of s are on the critical line, and I can see some wag
saying the same about the NRO staff.
