I’m missing a 2:00 meeting because the Xcel perimeter is in lockdown. The riot police intimidate me (I had a stick raised to me earlier — my blackberry must look intimidating) but evidently can’t assure my protection on the streets of St Paul when lids are screaming “come out with your hands up and your pants down.”
