IDF Says No Aerial Infiltration in Israel’s North

The IDF is now saying that there is no aerial infiltration of hostile aircraft from Lebanon and a nationwide alert telling residents to shelter was a mistake.

This, after a period of confusion following reports of a possible incursion from Israel’s north, including warnings of “hostile aircraft” in the area. The Times of Israel subsequently reported one suspected enemy drone turned out to be Israeli.

The world will be watching closely to see if Hezbollah indeed directly enters this war (instead of using Hamas as a front). Either way, Israel is now in an existential fight for its survival, one it has not faced since 1973. Keep them in your prayers.

This post has been updated with new details, to reflect the IDF’s correction concerning reports of hostile aircraft.
