Arrived Missoula yesterday evening. Wonderful air (allowing for a hint of forest-fire smoke), everybody very friendly. Heading out to Glacier Park today if I can ever get my family through their morning ablutions.
Sad news in my email. Our pet-sitter has notified us that Hilbert passed away last night. He has now added his cheerful little squeak to the Choir Invisible. Requiescat in pace, Hilbert Derbyshire, 2005-2006.
