Hillary Clinton’s preparations for 2016 are “in full swing,” Bloomberg reporter Jonathan Allen said Sunday on Meet the Press.
Allen, the co-author of HRC, a soon-to-be-released book on Clinton, compared her position to that of an Olympic ski jumper: “She’s in the crouch, she’s headed down the hill, there’s very little that going to stop her from launching.”
Allen noted that top Clinton aides were well into the process of formulating a 2016 run, and had already met with Guy Cecil, executive director of the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, who is considered a top candidate to be her campaign manager.
“This is a campaign that is in full swing,” Allen said. ”It’s more a question of whether she stops running than whether she starts running.”
