Hillary’s Psychic Reality Cont’d

Yesterday I posted an excerpt from Kaus Files about how Hillary may actually believe she was telling the truth in her sniper story. I’ve been thinking about it and I wonder if this sort of false memory thing isn’t more common than we think. Remember, of course, Bill Clinton’s habit of remembering church burnings that didn’t happen? John Kerry’s trips inside Cambodia might be another example. But the best example has got to be Robert Reich, who has paid no significant price for the astounding dishonesty of his memoirs. Recall how he made up incident after incident, casting himself as the victim of verbal sniper fire in one setting after another. Perhaps there was something in the water at Yale?
