Honor Killing

The news that Judge Rosemarie Aquilina had struck down Detroit’s belated reality check as “unconstitutional” came just as I was wrapping up my weekend column, so I only caught up later with this choice morsel:

“It’s cheating, sir, and it’s cheating good people who work,” the judge told assistant Attorney General Brian Devlin on Friday, adding that she will ensure that President Barack Obama gets a copy of her order. “It’s also not honoring the president, who took [Detroit’s auto companies] out of bankruptcy.”

The right of the President not to be dishonored shall not be infringed. Even by the standards of the halfwit judges who infest this country, that’s impressive.

Meanwhile, the great Iowahawk offers some advice to another dishonorable unworthy who has incurred the displeasure of His Majesty:

If Zimmerman wanted Obama to leave him alone, he should have just killed a US ambassador.
