This is Noor Almaleki. You may remember the 20-year-old Arizona woman — in 2009 she was murdered by dear old dad, Faleh Hassan Almalek. He ran her (and another woman) over as payback for “shaming” the family by leaving her Iraqi husband to live with another man. At the time, Mark Steyn wrote about the killing on NRO.
