David Horowitz offers his quick take here on my new book, Radical-in-Chief: Barack Obama and the Untold Story of American Socialism. I’m particularly gratified by the reaction of Horowitz and the earlier response of Ron Radosh. (And much looking forward to the publication of Radosh’s review of Radical-in-Chief in NR.) Horowitz and Radosh are the two contemporary conservatives who know the American socialist and communist left best, since they lived for years at its center. Radosh and Horowitz sometimes differ, in both style and substance. So the fact that they’re both this enthusiastic about Radical-in-Chief is very encouraging.
