How Fortunate for President Obama to Get Unsolicited Advice from a Terrorist

Actually, from the “Deputy Chief of the Hamas Political Bureau” which is what Mousa Abu Marzook calls himself these days.

The Guardian makes its pages available to Marzook for an op-ed, where you can read his scintillating analysis of the recent war and his stern message to our new chief exec:

And to President Obama we say: the wave of hope that met your election was heavily dampened by your silence on the Gaza massacre. This was compounded by your pre-election statement siding with the Israeli settlers of Sderot. You would do well to know the history of the places of which you speak. [Blah, blah, blah …]

The ‘zook’s solution is apparently to resettle “six million Palestinian refugees” in the place once known as Israel (i.e., “the Palestinian lands, including Jerusalem”).  That will enable the president “to start a new relationship with the Muslim world.”  In Washington, I think this type of proposal is known as ”bipartisanship.”  Maybe Marzook has learned to run a political bureau after all.
