How Sarbanes-Oxley Hurts Investors

My colleague John Berlau has a great column in Investor’s Business Daily today.  As John points out, it’s almost impossible for the average investor to spot a stock with massive potential today, because they likely won’t be listed because of the burdens of Sarb-Ox.  It’s the super-wealthy private equity investor who benefits instead.
