Huckabee Answers the Charges

Mike Huckabee has been taking a lot of criticism lately. He’s starting to respond, but several weeks ago, he sat down with me and addressed the charges at length – particularly the Club for Growth’s portrayal of him as a taxer and a spender, and also accusations that he mis-handled the pardon of Wayne Dumond, a convicted rapist who, once freed, committed murder. The story was in the September 10 issue of NR, but it has never been available to non-subscribers on the web until now.
