Huck’s Other Pardons?

Wayne Dumond may only be the tip of the iceberg.  As Governor of Arkansas, Mike Huckabee used the pardon power quite liberally, issuing over 1,000 pardons and commutations.  TalkLeft, a liberal blog focusing on criminal law and justice issues, thinks some of these pardons may come back to haunt Huck’s presidential bid.  With that many pardons, there are bound to be some that look questionable with the benefit of hindsight.  If the Huck surge continues, I would not be surprised if one or more campaigns mine this vein for oppo material (but I have no firsthand knowledge that my guy [Fred], or any of the others, has begun to conduct such research).
