John Pod’s huzzahs for Noemie Emery’s magnificent piece on liberal hawk revisionism over Harry Truman and the dawn of the Cold War. I’ve been reading Peter Beinart’s The Good Fight in fits and starts, and she captures all the points I wanted to raise and many I would want to make if I had the smarts to think of them. Really a must-read.
