Sen. Obama just said the issue isn’t tax policy per se, but rather who we impose the taxes on. Every economist listening (who doesn’t write for the New York Times) must be stunned. It’s not how much you tax, it’s WHO you tax. And that “who,” folks, is going to be “you.”
