Given it would be Ted Kennedy’s Senate seat Scott Brown would have won — and this is the Ted Kennedy memorial bill — you would think the latter.
The source adds: “Lefty Democrats are already furious at how bad (in their opinion) the bill has become since it left the House. If they had to tweak it more to get GOP support, they’d probably flip a lid. And if suddenly every Democrat wasn’t the deciding vote and Reid couldn’t use that line on them, they might point to the handwriting on the wall and bolt.”
In short: I want Scott Brown to win.
