Some of us have been arguing for a long while that remote schooling wasn’t working well for a whole lot of America’s kids and teens, regardless of how they identify themselves. But if it takes untested-by-data woke arguments such as “remote learning is tougher on lesbian and gay kids than straight kids” to get public schools to reopen, then fine, I’ll take it.
