CBS’ 60 Minutes had a show Sunday entitled Silencing Science, about allegations that top NASA scientist James Hansen has been censored by the administration from warning people about the supposed threat of global warming. CBS didn’t mention Hansen’s links to top Democrats; CNS’ Marc Morano does so here. Hansen has published a statement about his “political inclinations” which seems to suggest a grudge against the Bush family dating back to 1989. My colleague Chris Horner has more here.
