“I’m running for president…I’m not running for vice president”

So says Obama. I have a different take than Mark–that’s not going to do it. To put the VP talk to rest–and to signal he will settle for nothing less than the nomination and won’t help Hillary clean up the mess she will have on her hands if she wrests it away from him–he has to make a Shermanesque statement that he won’t accept a VP nomination in any circumstance. “Have I been clear?” he asks. Not clear enough.
