Regarding your NRO piece on Justice Thomas’ experience with Biden, this sentence by the inexperienced Clarence Thomas of 1991 struck me: “But I don’t believe that in my writings I have indicated that we should have an activist Supreme Court or that we should have any form of activism on the Supreme Court.”
Hmmm, ”…in my writings”. Where do we go to consult Barack Obama’s writings on such weighty constitutional law questions? Perhaps one of his old students has a class notebook with the good professor’s thoughts recorded.
