An Inspired Coinage

The opening item in Impromptus today is about the general economic migration to Texas. As other states suffer and lag, Texas, thanks to enlightened economic policies, charges ahead. The column is headed “Exodus to Texas, &c.” A reader writes, “Maybe this should be referred to as the ‘Texodus.’ We’ll be hearing about it more. And it will save space on the Internet.”
