Harris Interactive has a new poll out. Numbers are terrible for Bush (of course). But this tickled me a bit: after all of this, Republicans in Congress still have slightly–very, in-the-margin-of-error slightly–better numbers than Democrats. 27% have a positive impression of GOPers in Congress, 69% have a negative impression. 25% have a positive impression of Democrats, 70% a negative impression.
