Iraq al-Qaeda Chimes in on Elections

I don’t post this as a cheap political shot, especially as I see the foreign policy debate far more about philosophy than party.  The relevant questions are: What policy shift does Al Qaeda in Iraq welcome and why?  And what was it about Rumsfeld that they so disliked?
