Israel’s war with Hezbollah: Assessing What Went Wrong

On April 30, the Winograd commission is expected to release much of its report assessing blame in Israel’s strategy during the war with Hezbollah last summer.  Efraim Inbar, one of Israel’s better known strategists, just released his own assessment, here .
