At a D.C. elite hangout last night, one outside-the-Beltwayer said matter-of-factly, “All they have to do is run on the Constitution,” responding to a question about how good-guy conservative incumbent Republicans could win in this anti-Washington environment. Perhaps he had in mind the likes of this “Of Constitutional Decapitation and Healthcare” paper.
