It’s Hard Out There for a Democrat

The Democratic Party’s favorability rating has fallen to 41 percent, an all-time low in the 18-year history of the Gallup tracking poll. Republicans have also erased the favorability gap that has existed with Democrats for four years, with a current approval of 42 percent.

Meanwhile, a Fox News poll finds President Obama’s approval rating at a new low of 43 percent, down from 48-49 percent in mid-March. The same poll shows public opposition to the Affordable Care Act holding at 59 percent.
