If you are in the nation’s capital on the evening of Tuesday, October 6, you must attend the special lecture by Jay Nordlinger — hosted by the National Review Institute and the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation — on his new acclaimed book Children of Monsters: An Inquiry into the Sons and Daughters of Dictators.
