Jerry Falwell, Jr. thinks Jeff Sessions is an establishment plant or a coward:

This is too stupid for words. Sessions was never an establishment Republican, he stuck his neck out to endorse Trump because he agreed so strongly with his heterodox positions on immigration and trade, and he is now doing the best he can in extremely treacherous circumstances (which doesn’t mean that he’s always made the right calls).
The underlying tweet from President Trump that prompted Falwell’s attack on Sessions isn’t any better. Trump apparently believes that the just reward for all of Sessions’s loyal work for him during the campaign is as much public humiliation as possible.
